This O.A. case has been filed by the applicant bank for recovery of Rs. 26,64,865.52p along with interest calculated up to 30.11.2022 and although part of the dues amount is secured and unsecured debts is Rs. 10,04,865.82p and the limitation has been counted from 19.05.2021 when the Balance and Security Confirmation Letter was executed by the defendants and as such within the period of limitation the case has been filed and thus admitted for the hearing.
1 Issue Summons/Notice to the Defendants by Speed post as well as by Dasti returnable in four weeks. The Applicant is directed to file proof of service on next date of hearing. Summons/Notice will have to be accompanied by copy of the O.A. with Annexure.
