i) The Defendant do pay Rs. 28,59,979.00(Rupees TwentyEight Lakh, Fifty Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred andTwenty Nine onty)together with pendentetite and future interest @12/op.a. simptein cashcredit and term loan accounts and interest @9.90%p.a. simptein GECLaccount from the date of fiting of the OA, i.e.,26107124, with costs ti[[ its reatization.
ii) The Appticant Bank is entitled to se[[ thepersonal properties and assets of the Defendant for realization of its dues.TheDefendantis hereby restrained by means of injunction from depleting, transferring, encumbering, alienating or in any way dealing with hisproperties/ assets without first paying the claim of the Appticant Bank.
iii) A Recovery Certificate be issued u/s 19(22) of Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act. The appticant bank may fite a memo of cost within 7 days for preparing Recovery Certificate.
