(i) Rs.30,61,634.98/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred Thifi Four and Paise Ninety Eight Only) with interest @ 11.40%p.a with monthlyrests fromthe date of filing this application till the date ofrealization;
(ii) Rs.S,28,948.08/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Twenty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Eight and Paise EightOnly) with interest @ 16.25Yop.a with monthlyrests from thedate of filing this application till the date of realization;
and in default for Hypothecated Movables asmentioned in the Schedule to OA.

Agreement of Loan Cum Hypothecation dated 17 .01 .2023 in favor of the Applicant Bank. After availing the loan facilities, the defendant failed to comply the terms of sanction, hence the applicant bank classified the account as NPA and issued Legal notice on 12.06.2024. The Applicant Bank has also proceeded under SARFAESI Act, 2002 and issued various notices to the defendant. lnspite of several requests and demands, the defendant did not clear the outstanding. Hence this OA.

hence the Applicant Bank is entitled to recover the claim made in the OA with future interest and costs.
The Defendant is liable to pay to the Applicant Bank a total sum of Rs.35,90,583.06/- (Rupees Thirty Five Lakhs Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Three andpaise six only) i.e a sum of-
(i) Rs.30,6{,634.98/- (Rupees Tharty Lakhs Sixty One Thousand six Hundred rhirty Four and Paise Ninety Eight only) with interest @ 11.40o/o p.a with monthly rests from the date of filing this application till the date of realization;
(ii) Rs.5,28,948.08/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Twenty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Eight and Paise Eight Only) with interest @ 16.250/o p.a with monthly rests from the date of filing this application till the date of realization.
