Counsel for both sides present. The applicant undertakes to file an affidavit stating that they are withdrawing all the contentions taken in the SA and will pay off the entire liability within three months from today and also undertake to pay the balance amount with interest within the above time. The respondent to kept in abeyance all the measures to enable the applicant to pay off the liability till 29.11.2025. In case the applicant fails to comply with the undertaking, the respondent will be at liberty to proceed from the stage were the SARFASEI measures stand as on date. With the above observations, SA stands disposed of.
