Thedefendant availed Term loan of Rs.S Lakhs repayable in 120 equatedmonthly installments of Rs.7200/- with interest @1o.oo%withmonthlyrestsandexecutedSpecimenof Memorandumof Loan Agreement dated 31 .08'2016and also secured bymortgage of the schedule to oA. After availingthe loan facilities,the defendant failed to comply the terms of sanction,hence the applicant bank classified the account as NPA on 05.01 .2025and issued Recall notice on 25.03'2025under Section 13(2)ofSARFAESI Acl,2OO2. lnspite of several requests and demands,the defendant did not clear the outstanding.Hence this OA.
