Now in terms of reference made by the Counsel for the Applicant before this Lok Adalat on this 10th Day of May, 2O2S the parties have mutually settled the loan account and Defendants have deposited the entire amount of Rs. 47,40,135 /- (Rupees Forty Seven Lakh forty thousand one hundred thirty five Only) in full and final setflement. The Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. ln view of the statement made before this Lok Adalat, the OA 2g1lZO24 is disposed of as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
