Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants and the Applicant Bank received a total consideration of Rs.19,16,000/- by way of sell of mortgaged properties and closed the loan account against all the Defendants. In view of the submissions made in I.A. No.1532 of 2025, the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the O.A. The I.A. No.1532 of 2025 is allowed and O.A. No.227 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
