The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submits that duringthe pendency of the ctse, the defendants had approached to the applicant bank and Loan amount of defendantis upgradedafter receiving the tota! over dues, there are no fuftherdues in the said account. It is now agreed between thepafties that the present original application may be withdrawn as account has been settled and over dues amount has beenreceived by the defendants. Hence, the applicant bankwishes towithdraw the present OA with liberty to revive the same in case of defendants defaulted in future during the currency ofthe loan in the interest ofjustice.
