i) The Defendants dopay jointty and severaltyRs. 76,49,370.40 (Rupees Twenty Six Lakh, Fourty Nine Thousand, Three HundredTwentyand Paisa Fourty onty) together withpendente[ite andfuture [email protected]%per annum simple from the date of fiting of theOA, l.e.,14110/22,with costs ti [[ its reatization.
ii) The Applicant Bank is entitted to setl the mortgagedas we[[ as personal properties and assets of the Defendants for reatization of its dues. The Defendants are hereby restrained by means ofinjunctionfrom depleting, transferring, encumbering, atienatingor in anyway deating with their properties/assets without firstpaying the claimof the Applicant Bank.
iii) A Recovery Certificate be issr:ed uls 19(22) ofRecovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act. The applicant bank may fite amemo ofcost within 7 days for preparing Recovery Certificate.
