2 2. Bank's case is that on 14.07.2015, it had granted a Term Loan of Rs.10.00 Lacs and a K.C.C. Facility ofRs.20.00 Lacs to defendant Nos. I and 2 for agricultural purpose. Further on 29.06.2020, it had granted a loan ofRs.1,15,410/- under RBIPs COVID-19 regulatory package to defendant No. I. To secure the loan, Defendant Nos. I and 2 had mortgaged their land (fully detailed in para No.3A of the application). Defendant No.3 stood as guarantor. The loans were chargeable to different rates of interest. On 05.03.2022, a total sum ofRs.32,04,758.36p was due from the defendants. Despite repeated requests, defendants did not make the repayment.
