Both the counsels are present. IA.No.978/2025 a petition filed by the defendant No.1 and 2 to set aside the exparte order. It is seen from the proceedings that the defendant No.1 refused and defendant No.2 duly served. No sufficient reasons is set out in the affidavit, even to set aside the exparte order. However, in the ends of the justice, the petition stands allowed on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- out of which an amount of Rs.5,000/- to the applicant counsel and the balance amount of Rs.5,000/to the Prime Minster Relief Fund, which is to remitted within 2 weeks. Apart from the above, the defendants has to place reply statement if any, in 4 weeks. Failure in compliance of any of these conditions will render Interim Order vacated automatically. The applicant to serve the paper book to defendants. For reporting compliance, post on 04.07.2025.
