Counsel for the applicant bank has filed the affidavit of Shri Vijesh Kumar, Chief Manager and has made a statement at the Bar that the parties have compromised the matter and he does not want to pursue the present OA. Accordingly, the OA filed by the applicant bank is dismissed as withdrawn . Registrar is directed to refund the court fees as per rules.
