The parties to the case i.e. the Applicant Bank and the Defendant have entered into Compromise as follows :
- That at the request of the Defendant Applicant Bank has agreed to accept Rs. 24.10 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Four Lakhs Ten Thousand only) in full and final satisfaction of the entire claim under the OA No. 105/2024 against these Defendants. The proceedings against other defendants will continue
- The aforesaid settlement of Rs. 24.10 lakhs will be paid in the following manner.
- a) Rupees 8,50,000/- lakhs has been paid as upfrornt amount.
