On 30.12.2014, Bank had granted a loan of Rs.5.00Lacs to Defendant no. I in the form of Term Loan for agricultural purpose. To secure the loan. Defendant no. l had mortgaged his land (fully detailed in para no.3A of the application). Defendant no. 2 stood as the guarantor. The loan was chargcablc to intcrcst @11.75% per annum with half-yearly rests. On 29.04.2022, a sum of Rs.33,72,544/- was due from
