Thus, nothing survives in the matter. Hence counsel for respondents requested to dispose of the matter as infructuous. 2. Heard. 3. In view of the amicable settlement of loan account and applicant has repaid the entire outstanding amount of loan as per OTS, I pass the following order. ORDER A.
