It is further submitted that the applicant bad submitted that the account has been upgraded to the Standard Account but in the order dated 08.01.2024 passed in MA 02/2024, it has been written that "the matter has been settled between parties and entire settlement amount has beendeposited with the Bank" which may be modified as the account became 'Standard' on payment of overdue amount. In such circumstances, the order passed in MA 02 of 2024 is hereby modified to the extent that "since the account has been upgraded to the Standard therefore, the RC 58812023 issued in OA 634/2022 stand withdrawn.
