This MA is filed for restoration of SA. There are no merits in this MA. Such type of applications just burdens the work of this Tribunal. When there were no instructions pleaded by the Counsel for the applicant, this SA was dismissed as not pressed. Now he came again with this MA and submits that he has received instructions from the applicant. In this way, he cannot get the SA restored. If there is any actions taken against the property by the bank, he can challenge the same by filing separate SA.
Accordingly, MA stands disposed off as dismissed, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any.
