Subsequently, the Petitioners paid a sum of Rs.7,62,33,640/_ on different dates. Having accepted the setflement, the 1st petitioner subsequently, requested for extension of time as they could not make payment in view of Covid Pandemic. The 1't Respondent Bank extended time up to 31.08.2020 vide their tetter dt.22.06.2020 subject to payment of delayed interest. Thereafter, the 1st petitioner submitted another letter dt.24.t2.2020 requesting for further extension of time. But the 1sr Respondent bank issued letter dt.06.01.2021 withdrawing the compromise. Thereafter the 1st Respondent bank issued possession notice dt.0g.01.2021 and, challenging the same, the petitioners filed writ petition No.843/2o2l.The Petitioners also filed w.pNo.2737/202t before the Hon'ble High court of relangana with regard to extension of compromise settlement. As per the orders of the Hon'ble High court of relangana, the Petitioners paid certain amounts to the 1't Respondent Bank. ihus tne Petitioners have paid the entire compromise settlement amount with delayed interest to the 1st Respondent Bank and the Bank accepted the same. So there is need for recalling the Recovery certificate issued vicle R.C.No.12212022 in O.A. 166/rg by recording fuI settrement of dues.
