Counsel for the bank submits that there is a typographical error with regard to the description of the property in the Recovery Certificate as the details of the property was mentioned "All that piece and parcel of property being flat no. A-805, A Block, 8th Floor, Balaji Majestic Height, Plot No. S-25, Central Spine, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur-302017", instead of " All that piece and parcel of property being flat no. A-805, A Block, 8th Floor, Balaji Majestic Height, Plot No. S-25, Central Spine, Jagatpura, Jaipur-302017”.
I have gone through the documents, the address memo and the address of the borrowers reflects the correct address. This order be treated as part and parcel of the final order and Recovery Certificate and description of the property be rectified and corrected as “All that piece and parcel of property being flat no. A- 805, A Block, 8th Floor, Balaji Majestic Height, Plot No. S-25, Central Spine, Jagatpura, Jaipur-302017”.
In view of the above, this Misc. Application stands disposed of and copy of the order be sent to the Ld. Recovery officer. File be consigned to record, as per rules. Copy of order be uploaded on website.
