Heard arguments of both the parties and following orders are passed:-
- The applicant shall deposit Rs. 3,13,413/- along with interest within 10 days from today.
- There is a guarantee being executed by the M.A applicant in favor of the bank for the entire amount which will be dealt with only before the Hon’ble DRAT and if any release to be done, i.e. to be pealed before the Hon’ble DRAT property documents has already been handed over.
