Counsel for the applicant has filed this Misc. Application in OA no. 802/2022 which was decided by this Tribunal and he submitted that the matter has been settled with the applicant bank, therefore, he prayed that the recovery proceedings pending before the Ld. Recovery Officer in Recovery Certificate No. 346/2023 may kindly be closed and return the original title documents.

The Ld. Recovery Officer is directed to close the proceedings of Recovery Certificate No. 346/2023 and Registry is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the Authorized Officer of the applicant bank after acknowledgement of the same.
Accordingly, file of Misc. Application and Recovery Certificate be consigned to record. Copy of order be uploaded on website and sent to the Ld. Recovery Officer.
