The applicant drew the Tribunal’s attention to the Order passed in M.A. No.6 of 2021 dated 31.03.2021 of such S.A. No.384 of 2024 in which he has deposited Rs.15 lakhs to DRT-2, Mumbai. The amount of Rs.15 lakhs is still lying with the learned Registrar, DRT-2, Mumbai. In view of the Order dated 29.11.2024, the Applicant filed the present M.A. and seeks to withdraw amount of the Rs.15 lakhs along with the accrued interest and to pay the same to the Respondent i.e. Model Co-operative Bank Limited. In view of the above, M.A. No.138 of 2024 is allowed. The learned Registrar is directed to release the amount of Rs.15 lakhs to Respondent, i.e. Modal Co-op. Bank Ltd. on proper acknowledgment.
