In this matter, the Counsel for the Misc. applicant submits that on the particular date he was present in the Court and he could not mark his matter as he has appeared in another matter on the same day and same time.
Counsel for the respondent bank submits that it is not that date only, they have not appeared since long and he has given loan of ordersheet where absence has been marked and the Tribunal dismissed Securitization Application. After dismissal, the applicant might have approach him for revival of the Securitization Application.
As there is no merits in the matter, therefore, this Misc. application stands dismissed.
