IA no.364212024 has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of the present TA.
The Ld. Counsel for applicant bank submitted that the matter has been settled and the loan account of the defendants has been closed accordingly. Therefore, the applicant bank seeks to withdraw the present transfer application, as settled. She further submits that she also prayed for refund of the couft fee.
In view of above submission, IA no.3642 12024 is allowed. TA 97812022 is dismissed as withdrawn, being amicably settled. Registry is directed to return the couft fee as per rules. Ail the pending IAs stand disposed of
