rA no.3tjSl2022 has been filed by the appticant bank for withdrawal of the present OA.
The Ld. counsel for the appllcant bank submits that the loan account was closed under compromise between the defendant and applicant bank and accordingly the present case was settled for an amount of Rs.1.20 crore and accordingly the defendant had paid the said settled amount and ultimately a No Due certificate dated 26.0g.2022 was issued to the defendant. He further submits that he wish to withdraw the present oA. Ld. counsel for applicant bank also prayed for refund of the court fee.
In view of the above submission made by the ld. counset for applicant bank, IA no.3115 12022 is altowed. TAlB93l2024 is dismissed as withdrawn, being amicably settled. Registry is directed to return the court fee as per rules.
