Therefore, the applicant bank seeks to withdraw the present transfer application, as settled. She fufther submits that she also prayed for refund of the couft fee.
In view of above submission, IA no.374912024 is allowed. TAl879l2O22 is dismissed as withdrawn, being amicably settled. Registry is directed to return the couft fee as per rules.
