It has been submitted on behalf of the CDs that Late Shri Manorath Khullar, has expired on 0 .10.2022 and Ms. Sushma Khullar being mother has come forward to settle the matter with t e applicant/CH bank.
T e applicant bank stated that this matter has been settled amicably between the parties for a amount of Rs.56.00 lakhs to be paid in the following manner. It has also been agreed
tween the parties that the applicant bank shall charge the interest @ 9% simple on the b. lance amount if the same is paid after 90 days from today and no interest shall be charged if the payments are made within 90 days from today.
