IA no.3603l2024 has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of the present TA.
The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submits that the matter has been settled and the loan account of the defendants has been closed accordingly. Therefore, the applicant bank seeks to withdraw the present transfer application, as settled. She further submits that she also prayed for refund of the court fee.
In view of above submission, IA no.35o3 12024 is allowed. TAl2l3Ol2O23 is dismissed as withdrawn, being amicably settled. Registry is directed to return the couft fee as per rules.
