The Ld. counsel for the applicant bank submits that the settlement arrived between the Applicant Bank and Defendants for an amount and the payment of the ors Amount was received by the applicant Bank. That the Borrower deposited the entire orS amount and Applicant Bank finally closed the Loan account of Defendant No. 1. He further submits that he wish to withdraw the present TA and also prayed for refund of the court fee.
In view of amicable settlement, rA no.133312024 is allowed. TA L67712022 is dismissed as withdrawn, being amicably settled. Registry is directed to refund the couft fee as per rules. All the pending IAs stand disposed of.
