The Ld. counsel for the applicant bank submits that the applicant bank, despite best possible efforts, has been unable to trace the defendants address and the alternative attachable assets of the defendants and is unable to recover the dues standing in the loan account at this stage. He fufther submits that does not wish to pursue the matter and he wish to dispose off the present TA.
In view of above, IA no.3859 12024 is allowed. TA t28ll2022 is disposed off, accordingly. All the pending IAs stand disposed of.
