IA no.206912024 has been filed by the appticant bank for withdrawal of the present TA.
The Ld. counsel for the applicant bank submits that despite best possible efforts, has been unable to trace the defendants and the alternative attachable assets of the defendants and is unable to recover the dues standing in the Loan account this stage.
That due to the reasons above, the appticant bank does not wish to pursue the present matter any further. He fufther submits that . he wish to withdraw the present TA.
In view of the above submission made by the ld. counsel for applicant bank, IA no. 2069/2024 is ailowed. TAlLzlslzoz4 is dismissed as withdrawn, being amicabry settled. All the pending IAs stand disposed of.
