During pendency of the Recovery Proceedings there has been a settlement between the parties and the Bank has received full and final settlement of the dues, subsequently followed with the closure of applicant’s loan account. A Copy of letter issued by the Bank Authority is annexed with the petition. Hence, there is no need to proceed with the case. This application is affirmed by Mr. Shantanu Chowdhury, Chief Manager of the Respondent Bank and his signature is identified by Advocate on record. In view of this, no prejudice will be caused to the SA Applicant if their response is dispensed with in this IA. This instant SA and any other pending IAs are disposed of in the category of dismissed as withdrawn as settled. IA/928/2024is moved which is a put up application.
