It appeaG that the applicant has filed the SARFAESI Applicatlon under Sectlon 77 on 16/0A/2024 whlch is much beyond the prescribed period of limitation. There ls no scope in SARFAESI Act to consider any delayed application from the date of knowledge. Section 5 of the Limitation Act is not applicable in SARFAESI proceeding for condonation of delay,
