In this matter the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that they have complied with the orders and instead of approximately Rs.15 Lacs and odd covering 35 installments, they have total paid Rs.22.84 Lacs (Rupees Twenty-Two Lacs Eighty-Four Thousand only) till 18th April, 20224. |
| 8. The counsel for the respondent submits that if the proposal from the applicants comes about regularising the account they will consider the same. |
| 9. What more they will be requiring when the orders earlier passed by this Tribunal directing them to clear the entire dues by 31stMarch and getting their account regularised are |
