JUDGEMENT

The Applrcant Bank filed the^present OA being^No OA^{525 of 2023 on 29|OA/2O)3lat} recovery of a total sum of Rs. 22,37,096 45l-^{(Rupees twentytwo lakh thirtyseven} thousand nanety six and^{paise forty five only) from the Defendants towards termloan} together with interest, cost and other^{usual reliefs.}

As stated supra, the^{Defendantremaanedabsentand did not turnup to controvert the} version of the O,A. of Applicant^{Bank.The EvidenceAffidavitcoupled with the recitals in the} documents viz., Exhibit^Annexuae -^{I to Annexure- VIII, marked on behalfof the AppliGnl} Bank, established^{the claim of the Applicant Bank against the Defendantsand OA schedule} properties. Hence, I hold that^{theDefendants are} iointly^{and severally liable to payto the} Applicant Bank the^{claims made in the oA with futureinterest and costs}

(1) O.A. No. 525^{of 2023 filed by the Applicant Bank is allowed anddebtis determ'ned with} cost against^{the defendants.
