Sh.Vivek Verma, Counsel for respondent bank.
It is stated that as on today a sum of Rs.75,53,647/- is due from the applicant. Whereas, counsel for the applicant states that he be granted three months time to make the payment; Mr.Verma, on instructions from the bank, states that bank is not inclined to give another three months time to make the payment. He further states that on 10.07.2024, applicant had given an undertaking to the bank that he would make the payment within three months and had also given post dated cheques of the said amount.
In view of this, I am of the considered view that applicant is not entitled to any further indulgence. Accordingly, the present SA stands disposed of . File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
