Mr.Yogesh Kumar has made a statement at the Bar that bank has sold the property in auction for Rs.85.50 lacs. Counsel for the applicant admits the same and states that he does not want to pursue the present SA. Accordingly, the application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn .
