Counsel for the applicant states that applicant would deposit whole of the sum due from him by 30th June, 2024. Counsel for the bank states that bank would have no objection in case applicant makes the payment on or before 30th June, 2024 and bank will not dispossess the applicant, in case the applicant makes the whole of the payment.
