Mr. Manav Single has made a statement at the Bar that the account has since been regularized and bank has withdrawn the notices issued under the SARFAESI Act. Ms.Neha states that in view of the statement made by counsel for the bank, she does not want to pursue this application. Accordingly, the application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn .
