The Tribunal was ready and inclined to extend the time of making the payment under that One Time Settlement for 30^thJune, 2024 with the direction to the respondent bank to accept the same. However, the counsel for the applicant submits that his client is not able to pay that amount. 3. In these circumstances, the respondent bank is permitted to proceed ahead. Hence this Securitisation Application stands dismissed. 4. Inviewoftheabove, I pass the following order. ORDER A. Securitisation Application No.2/2024 stands dismissed. B. The respondent bank may proceed ahead. C. File be consigned to the record room.
