Present: Sh. Amit Rishi, Counsel for the Applicant. Sh. Yogesh Jain, Counsel for respondent bank alongwith Sh. Ajay Thakur, Manager, The Baghat Urban Co operative Bank.
Mr. Jain, has made a statement at the Bar that the bank has not issued the notice under Section 13(2) to the applicant in respect of the property which was alleged to have been mortgaged by him, in favor of the bank. He further states that in case bank initiates any action in respect of the property owned by him, bank would issue notice under Section 13(2).
In view of this, present SA stands disposed of . File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
