It is stated that as on today a sum of Rs.11 lacs and odd sum is due from the applicant. Counsel for the applicant states that applicant would deposit Rs.3 lacs on or before 30.06.2024; another sum of Rs.3 lacs by 30.07.2024 and the remaining sum by 30.08.2024.
Subject to hounouring his commitment, the dispossession is stayed. It is made clear that in case of any default, bank would be free to take the possession. Accordingly, the present SA stands disposed of . File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
