The Securitisation Application has become infructuous and shall be disposed off. Accordingly all the interlocutory applications shall be disposed off. 2. The counsel for the applicant submits that the settlement is going on. 3. In view of the above, I pass the following order through video conferencing. ORDER A. The Securitisation Application No.148/2023 stands disposed off as has become infructuous. B. Accordingly all the interlocutory applications stand disposed off. C. Let the applicant settle the matter with the respondent bank. D. File be consigned to the record room. |
