Counsel for the applicant bank has filed the affidavit of Mrs. Garima Rani, Senior Manager and has made a statement at the bar that the parties have compromised the matter for a sum of Rs.6.50 Lacs and he does not want to pursue the present OA. Accordingly, the OA filed by the applicant bank is dismissed as withdrawn . Registrar is directed to refund the court fees as per rules.
