The parties have amicably settled dispute at Rs.6,50,000.00 along with interest, i.e. full claim amount has
been received.
In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties the OA is disposed of in terms of the settlement.
Ld. Registrar is directed to refund of Court Fee to the Applicant Bank in terms of the Rules.
