The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submits that the matter is amicably settled between the parties under the OTS and the OTS amount has been paid by the defendants. He further submits that he wish to withdraw the present OA. Ld. Counsel for applicant bank also prayed for refund of the court fee.

In view of above submission, IA/doc no.9L25l2024 is allowed. OA 67012022 is dismissed as withdrawn, being amicably settled, Registry is directed to refund the couft fee as per rules. All the pending IAs stand disposed of.
