The defendants availed OD/ CC facility of Rs.25.00 lakhs and executed a copy of letter of appointment dated 29.09.2020 issued by Indian Oil Corporation Limited offering MS/HRD dealership to run as a proprietorship firm and license No.l24/202L daled 18.01.2021. Defendant no.2 representing defendant no,1 as its proprietor executed demand promissory note dated 10.03.2021 and cash credit agreement dated 10.03.2021. The defendants availed GECL of Rs.7.40 lakhs on 28.01.2022 and executed demand promissory note, agreement, supplemental agreement and letter of disbursement request form dated 28.01.2022. Subsequently the defendants availed enhanced CC facility from Rs.25.00 lakhs to Rs.45.00 lakhs on 01.010.2022. and executed various necessary documents. Later the defendants availed Rs.6.20 lakhs under "Pradhan Mantri MudraYojana" vide application dated 28.03.2023.
