As stated supra,^{the Defendant rcmained absentand did not turn up to controvert the} version of the o.A. of^{Applicant Bank. The EvidenceAffidavit coupled with the recltals in the} documen[s vrz., Exhibits^{AnnexureA to Exhibit Annexure_L markedon behalf of the} Applicant Bank, established the^{claimof the Applicant Bank against the Defendants andOA} schedule^{properties. Hence, t hold that the Defendants are.lointlyand severally llable to pay} to the Applicant Bank the claims^{made in the OA with future interest and costs'}

(r) O.A. No. 443 of 2023 filed by the^{ApplicantBank is allowed and debt is determined wrth cost} against the defendants. It^{is hereby orderedthatapplacantbankis entitledto recover from} the defendants the total amount to^{the tune of Rs. 24,39,893.32l- (Rupeestwenty four lakh} lhrrty nine thousand eight^{hundredninety three andpaisathirtytwo only)with pendentelrte} and future interest @ 11.55o/o^per annum^{interest wath simple on the amount duefromthe} date of filing of the Original Applicationⁱ e^{2610712023till full and final reallzation of the} ciaim amount.

(2) Amolnt, if any, paid by the defendants in the loan accounts or amount,^{if any, recoveredby} the Applicant Bank after filing of the O.A. the same be taken^{intoaccountwhile arrrving at} the exact amount of dues/debt^payable by the defendants.^{Accordingly,pendentelrteand} future rnterest shall be calculated on the reduced amount.

(3) Defendants are debarred from disposing, alienating or dealang with any of the^properties belonging to them till the aforesaid decretal debt is recovered^{from the defendants.}

(4) Defendants are given a time of thirty days from the date of the Judgement/Final Order^For repayrng of the above mentioned dues, so intimated to them. In case the defendants fail to pay the dues within the above mentioned time, the applacant bank is entitled to recover rts dues by sale of secured assets,^if any,^{Applicant bankas also entitledto proceed against} personal properties of the defendants (Both movable and immovable) and also proceed agarnst the defendants^personally to recover the dues rn accordance with law.

(5)Let the Certificate ot Recovery be drawn up by Ld. Registrar forthwith in terms of ludgement for issuance of the same against defendants in favour of the applicant^bank under Sectron 19^{(22) of the Recoveryof Debtsand BankruptcyAct, 1993 and put up the} same for issuance of the Certificate.
