IA no.30l4l2024 has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of thepresent OA.
The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submitted that the applicant bank has sold the moftgagepropefi for the recovery of moneypayable by the defendants and applicant bank has recovered all outstanding amounts. The loan account has been closed on 18.05.2024 and does not want toproceed against the defendants in the present O.A. Therefore, the applicant bank wants to withdraw thepresent O.A. against all the defendants. She further submits that she also prayed for refund of the court fee.
In view of above submission, IA no.3014 12O24 is allowed. OA 40412023 is dismissedas withdrawn, being amicably settled. Registry is directed to return the couft fee asper rules.All the pending IAs stand disposed of
