		3. In view of the above statement made by the counsel for the applicant, I pass the following order : ORDER A. Original Application No.321/2022 is decreed with costs. B. Issue Recovery Certificate accordingly against respondents which is deemed to be satisfied upon payment as per the settlement arrived at between the parties. C. The Registrar to send the copy of judgment and Recovery Certificate to the applicant and respondents. D. Consign the file to the Record Room and orders be uploaded on official web-site.
